We feature only true Boutique hotels—those that feel like a real home away from home to our customers.
Hotels seeking TheBBH membership should fulfill the following requirements: Boutiquier Service, Boutique Management (property managers) and Boutique Treatment (hotel employees-guests). These factors conform to quality standards. Created and consolidated locally, TheBBH is the first “quality stamp” in the luxury hospitality industry of the region. For TheBBH, the term boutique is defined by the way guests are treated rather than by the category the property claims for itself.
Our mission is to present a distinctive service proposal, something different than what a big hotel chain typically offers. We target demanding and sensitive customers, as well as longtime Boutique hotel guests. We select and gather hotels that provide an authentic Boutiquier service. Our goal is to form an alliance with member hotels based on our key values: exposure, expansion and... emotion.
Our intention is for travelers to discover a customized world in each hotel.
